Crystal Reports design level specifications

Once the query is ready we can start designing the crystal report  

If we can show all sections of data in single report then no need of include any sub report. Otherwise we can use the subreport option in the crystal reports.

When we include sub reports in main report we need to configure the subreport links with the main report.  Main report will drive the sub reports.

·        All the text fields should be left aligned and number fields should be right aligned. If customer wants it different way we need to modify accordingly.

·        use record sort expert in crystal  feature  order by clause in query  instead
